Għar Dalam is a prehistoric site located in the village of Birżebbuġa, Malta, about 10 minutes away by car from the fishing village of Marsaxlokk. The site contains evidence of the earliest human activity on the island, dating back to around 5,000 BC.

The opening hours of Għar Dalam are from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The entrance fee for adults is €5, while students and senior citizens can enter for €3.50. Children under the age of 12 can enter for free.

If you are visiting Għar Dalam, you may also want to check out some of the nearby attractions. The Tarxien Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is located about 20 minutes away by car. This site contains three temples that were built between 3600 and 2500 BC, and they are considered some of the most important prehistoric sites on the island.

Another nearby attraction is the Blue Grotto, which is located about 15 minutes away by car. This natural formation consists of a series of sea caverns and is known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning underwater scenery. Boat tours are available for those who want to explore the grotto up close.
